時を越えて

ENG title: Beyond Time/Transcending Time

If you see in your dreams
A hidden, soundless bird,
Someone has flown away.
Close your eyes into an unknown place.

Stars overflowing over your cheeks,
Grasping a rusted jewel bare-handed,
Asking for a faded picture,
Taking on the pressure of the past that cannot be returned to alone

Let me know…what it means,
Let it spill…this pain,
I want to meet you…I want to meet you…
As we go beyond time.

The dream sees
what is invisible to the eye

The sea that’s been struck through by rain
Is being drawn by the brush of my dreams
In the end, I realized that the far-off, fleeting forest
Where I used to idle about was my divine revelation

Let me know…what it means,
Let it spill…this pain,
I want to meet you…I want to meet you…
As we go beyond time.

The trembling wavelets are disappearing,
Going beyond the time I can see,
Those who were searching
Hold their hands out, hold their hands out –

Let me know…what it means,
Let it spill…this pain,
I want to meet you…I want to meet you…
I want to meet you…I want to meet you…
As we go beyond time.

The dream sees
what is invisible to the eye
As we go beyond time.
The dream sees
what is invisible to the eye

original TL dated 11/28/16 | kanji source | QUELL NO SERIOUSLY WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS!!! | the english parts reminded me of something – hearts can see what dreams do in this song too, apparently | i’d originally translated the title as the more purple “transcending time”, but with the way the word was used in the lyrics (”going beyond the time i can see”) this seems like the better option! | also…i have no idea what’s happening in the song either…there’s probably something to do with dream meanings!?
